• New Feature!: We've added discussion forum software to the site. Access is via the "RABA forums" link in the left menu, or in this announcement. You'll have to register. When you do, you'll get an email telling you how to activate your account. The activation process is designed to cut down on spam. Check it out!
• Dick Wilson's Bridge Site: Dick has moved his bridge web site. The links in the left menu reflect the new location.
• Next RABA Unit Rated event: a two session Teams of four. Lunch will be included. It will be held at the Legacy at Willow Pond in Penfield on March 25, a Sunday. SAVE THE DATE. More information will follow.
• GRDBC (Bruce's Game) is moving: The Monday noon, Thursday noon, and Thursday evening games are moving, permanently, to Temple B'Rith Kodesh (2131 Elmwood Avenue) starting Feb 2. There will be a club championship on Thursday, Feb 2, at noon. No surcharge. The Thursday evening game, starting Feb 2, will start at 7:00pm. In February, on Thursday nights (only), if a life master plays with a partner with under 200 masterpoints, both play half price. If you wish to play on Thursday evenings, and you are either under 200 points or a life master and you are looking for a partner, let Bruce know (by email) and he will get a partner for you. The games the rest of January are still at Temple Sinai.
• Volunteer to help out at the NABC in Philly next summer: Dan Boye is looking for volunteers to help man the partnership desk and some other things on the first weekend of the Summer NABCs in July 2012. Particulars on Dick Wilson's web site, including Dan's email address.
• Irondequoit Bridge Club: Has closed its doors.
