MINUTES

RABA Board of Directors Meeting

October 15, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 6:32 PM.

Present were B. Rudner, M. Spence, S. Barocas, M. Griffin, W. Marsland, G. Ride,  L. Sanders, P. McFadden L. Fox, Liz Meacham

The board officially welcomed Barry to the board.

Last meeting’s minutes were accepted with Warren’s and Peg’s corrections.

Treasurer’s report was accepted.

Election procedures were discussed.  Ballots were counted and those elected were Lois Sanders, Gerry Ride, Peg Clark, and Barbara Bardeschewski

A suggestion was made to put a place in the agenda for a report from the unit meeting.

The next meeting will be on November 17, 2009, at 5:00PM at Temple B’rith Kodesh.  Gerry will be chairing the meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:30PM.
