RABA is looking for up to approximately 7000 square feet of space to establish a bridge club. The space must have sufficient bathrooms to handle up to 300 players at a sectional. The building must be located near the expressway for easy access for all area and visiting players. Parking must be sufficient and well lighted. Handicap accessability is essential. Warehouse space that can be easily converted and specifically designed may better serve the bridge center's needs. It is anticipated that the bridge center will have both playing and teaching rooms, kitchen facilities, storage areas and office space.
